What is worth writing in
An emoji whose official name looks wrong on this site.
An emoji you expected to find and could not.
A translation that reads unnaturally in your language — we would much rather hear this from a native speaker than guess.
A bug: something that does not copy, a page that renders badly, a link that goes nowhere.
A privacy, terms or takedown question.
What to include
For a bug, the page address and the device or browser you were using. For a wrong emoji name, the emoji itself and the page it appears on. That is usually enough for us to act on it.
We do read these
There is no support queue. A short, specific message gets a real reply, usually quickly.
