Using the site
You may use EmojiSpot freely, including for commercial work. Copy as many emoji as you like, as often as you like.
Who owns the emoji
The emoji characters themselves are part of the Unicode Standard. Their names, codepoints and keywords are Unicode Consortium data, used under the Unicode License, which permits anyone to use them.
The artwork you see is not ours and is not Unicode's. Each platform — Apple, Google, Microsoft, Samsung and others — owns its own design. EmojiSpot copies characters, not images, so nothing here redistributes anyone's artwork.
Who owns EmojiSpot
The site's design, layout, original writing and this domain belong to EmojiSpot. You may link to any page. You may not copy the site wholesale and present it as your own.
No warranty
EmojiSpot is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We try hard to keep the data accurate against Unicode 16.0, but if you find an error, tell us rather than relying on us in something critical.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmojiSpot and the people who run it are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people. The whole directory is static and cacheable; be gentle with it.
